Things that we found easy to use in Final Cut Pro:
- Simple Layout: meant we could easily drag the clips we needed to the right place.
- Easy to Cut: there was a simple tool which meant we could easily cut the clips to the right size.
- Music: we found it easy to add music from youtube, once we knew how to convert it.
Things we found difficult to use in Final Cut Pro:
- Text: we found it hard to add the text to our film.
- Mac: we found it difficult to get used to the different controls on the Mac.
This is a start and will suffice for this ecxercise. When you come to your thriller, you will really need to expand on both your editing and filming experiences and try to reflect on what you have learnt and what decisions you have taken - for instance you can offer two alternatives of a particualr sequence and then discuss which one you went with and why. But that is for the future.
